This is the Vanquish Products V2 Axle in Clear for the Axial Wraith and Yeti.

FEATURES:
Replaces the stock Axial AX80069 OCP axle real estate
Aluminum building and construction, with clear (silver) finish
Revamped axle internals utilize larger 5x14x5mm pinion gear shaft
    bearing
One-piece bearing retainers, for lowered pressure on bearings
Shock mounts threaded into body from link install side rather than a
    hole through the axle
