This is the Traxxas TQi 2-Channel 2.4GHz Transmitter with 5-Channel Receiver
and TSM* (Traxxas Stability Management).
Servos Not Included.

FEATURES:
Traxxas Stability Management (TSM): Superior tuning algorithms work on
    high-speed electronic parts to manage wheel spin and steering
    instructions on loose dirt, concrete and even ice and snow. TSM can be
    tweaked from 0-100%, or switched off by adjusting the multi-
    function knob on the TQi transmitter (Traxxas Bluetooth Module
    needed, not consisted of)
Can be geared up with the TQi Docking Base along with the iPhone,
    iPad or iPod touch* to produce a graphical user interface for the
    lorry
Easy two-button programming user interface
Integrated failsafe
Automatic model acknowledgment remembers settings for up to 30 Traxxas
    Link allowed designs
Adjustable throttle and steering endpoints
Five channel receiver with three telemetry ports
Internal antenna
Multi-Function knob can be programmed to manage Steering Sensitivity
    Throttle Sensitivity, Guiding Portion, Braking Portion, or
    Throttle Trim
