4-Track Spider

This 4-Track Spider is a partner to Tamiya's items equipped with spiders such as Product 70211 and 70233 in the Educational Construction Series. This model utilizes 3-sided spiders in place of four wheels, that assistance it quickly overcome irregular surfaces.

Features:

  • Assembly package. Length: 200mm, width: 103mm, height: 100mm, weight: 266g.

  • The impressive traction can be used to overcome barriers and handle difficult surfaces such as snow.

  • 4 spiders swing forward independently, and the front axle turns around the propeller shaft for powerful performance.

  • Crawlers are made up of belt type tracks, drive gears, and 2 roadway wheels.

  • Its steady drivetrain is based on the 4 Wheel Drive Chassis Kit (Product 70113).

  • Getting rid of the roll bar parts which cover the motor permits body attachment of the Wild Mini 4WD Series.


  • Speed: 5.4 cm/s (It takes about 18.5 seconds to run 1 meter.)

  • Includes whatever needed for simple snap-fit/screw-together assembly.

  • Comes with type 130 motor.

  • Two AA batteries are needed (offered separately).

  • The kit-standard tracks can be changed with link type ones (Product 70237) for greater ground traction.
