This is a 3-Speed Crank Axle Gearbox Assembly Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
By modifying the position of four equipments and the output shaft, this
    gearbox can run with three different equipment ratios of 16:1,
    58:1 and 203:1.
Gear housing and equipments are specifically formed from long lasting plastic.
Metal crank arms can be attached to the ends of the output shaft,
    developing versatility.
Includes motor.
