Tamiya Pulley Unit Set Educational Series

This is a Pulley System Set for Various Models.
    It's from Tamiya for really experienced design builders.

FEATURES:
Pulley-block set is developed to attach to a selected design set such as a
    leaping dophin, an elevator, a moving pet dog, alligator, or revolving
    bird cage.
Contains white, black, and gray plastic parts attached to sprues.
Other parts consist of an electrical motor, belt guides, slim belts,
    circular wheels, rivets, a base, and motor holder.
Battery operated.
Small phillips screws for solid construction.
Structure of pulley is kept easy for maintenance functions like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley rotates easily, permitting a pet to wag his tail, an alligator
    to open his mouth, or a dolphin to "jump" into the water, amongst
    other chosen motions.
Designed for fairly small and easy models.
Reverse rotation of pulley is possible.
