This is the big pulley from Tamiya's Pulley-block System Set (TAMX7121).
Package includes 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of pulley is kept easy for maintenance purposes like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley rotates freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for fairly small and easy models.
Reverse rotation of pulley is possible.
