This is a Large Sheave Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the big sheave from Tamiya's Sheave System Set (TAMX7121).
Package consists of 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts connected to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of sheave is kept simple for upkeep functions like
    changing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for relatively small and simple models.
Reverse rotation of sheave is possible.
