This is a Large Pulley-block Set from Tamiya.

This is the large wheel from Tamiya's Pulley-block Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Package consists of two pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (elastic band).
Structure of wheel is kept easy for upkeep purposes like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be utilized singly or together.
Designed for relatively small and easy models.
Reverse rotation of wheel is possible.
