This is a Big Pulley-block Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the big wheel from Tamiya's Pulley-block System Set (TAMX7121).
Bundle contains two pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts connected to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of wheel is kept basic for maintenance functions like
    changing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be utilized singly or together.
Designed for fairly small and basic models.
Reverse rotation of wheel is possible.
