This is a Large Sheave Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the big pulley from Tamiya's Sheave Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Bundle contains 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of pulley is kept basic for maintenance functions like
    changing the belt, if needed.
Pulley rotates freely.
Can be utilized singly or together.
Designed for fairly small and basic models.
Reverse rotation of pulley is possible.
