This is the big wheel from Tamiya's Wheel System Set (TAMX7121).
Plan includes 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of wheel is kept easy for maintenance functions like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for relatively little and easy models.
Reverse rotation of wheel is possible.
