This is a Large Pulley Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the large pulley-block from Tamiya's Pulley System Set (TAMX7121).
Package consists of 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts connected to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (elastic band).
Structure of pulley-block is kept simple for upkeep purposes like
    changing the belt, if needed.
Pulley rotates freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for fairly small and simple models.
Reverse rotation of pulley-block is possible.
