This is a Big Pulley-block Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the big sheave from Tamiya's Pulley-block System Set (TAMX7121).
Bundle includes two pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts connected to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (elastic band).
Structure of sheave is kept easy for maintenance purposes like
    changing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for fairly small and easy models.
Reverse rotation of sheave is possible.
