This is a Large Wheel Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the big pulley-block from Tamiya's Wheel Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Bundle consists of 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (elastic band).
Structure of pulley-block is kept simple for upkeep purposes like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be utilized singly or together.
Designed for relatively small and simple models.
Reverse rotation of pulley-block is possible.
