This is a Big Pulley Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the large pulley-block from Tamiya's Pulley Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Plan consists of two pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of pulley-block is kept simple for upkeep functions like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be utilized singly or together.
Designed for relatively little and simple models.
Reverse rotation of pulley-block is possible.
