This is the small wheel from Tamiya's Wheel Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Plan contains 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (elastic band).
Structure of wheel is kept easy for upkeep purposes like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for relatively small and easy models.
Reverse rotation of wheel is possible.
