This is a Little Wheel Set from Tamiya.

This is the little pulley from Tamiya's Wheel Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Bundle contains 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts connected to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of pulley is kept easy for upkeep functions like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be utilized singly or together.
Designed for fairly little and easy models.
Reverse rotation of pulley is possible.
