This is a Little Pulley-block Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the small sheave from Tamiya's Pulley-block System Set (TAMX7121).
Bundle consists of 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of sheave is kept simple for maintenance functions like
    replacing the belt, if needed.
Pulley turns freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for fairly small and simple models.
Reverse rotation of sheave is possible.
