This is a Small Pulley Set from Tamiya.

This is the little pulley-block from Tamiya's Pulley Unit Set (TAMX7121).
Bundle contains 2 pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (rubber bands).
Structure of pulley-block is kept easy for upkeep functions like
    changing the belt, if needed.
Pulley rotates freely.
Can be utilized singly or together.
Designed for relatively little and easy models.
Reverse rotation of pulley-block is possible.
