This is a Small Pulley-block Set from Tamiya.

FEATURES:
This is the small wheel from Tamiya's Pulley-block System Set (TAMX7121).
Package contains two pulleys.
Contains white and black plastic parts attached to sprues.
Includes screws, bushings and belts (elastic band).
Structure of wheel is kept simple for maintenance purposes like
    changing the belt, if needed.
Pulley rotates freely.
Can be used singly or together.
Designed for fairly small and simple models.
Reverse rotation of wheel is possible.
