These are the optional Tamiya C Components Carbon Reinforced Front Uprights.

Carbon fiber construction
Replaces stock plastic front uprights
Built-in 6° angle for tracks with a great deal of high-speed corners
Suitable with Tamiya 1/10 scale touring cars and truck designs fitted with
    brief reversible suspension arms such as the TB-03, TA-05
