This is the Mini Motor Low-Speed Transmission (4-Speed)
from Tamiya's Educational Building and construction Series.

FEATURES
Type 030 motor includes a low electrical energy intake rate and
    does not emit electronic sound
Motor requirements: 8400RPM, Voltage: 3.0V
Transmission features 7 various gear ratios (71.4:1, 149.9:1, 314.9:1,
    661.2:1) which can be easily adjusted by altering the last
    gear attachment position
3mm hex shaft and transmission attachment holes are compatible with
    other Tamiya craft products
2 various transmission attachment positions are available
Transparent gear case to show the internal systems
