The Spektrum AR8360T 8 Channel AS3X/SAFE Telemetry Receiver is a DSM2® and DSMX® capable receiver with a compact footprint to suit a large range of aircraft. The AR8360T is a complete range 8 channel receiver with built in AS3X stabilization, which counters the impacts of wind, turbulence and torque utilizing a 3-axis MEMS gyro and special flight control software application tuned by expert RC pilots. There is no hold-up in control action or limit on control throws. You'll simply seem like you're flying a skillfully tuned design that does exactly what you want
The AR8360T includes a complete range telemetry, integrated barometer to provide altitude and vario telemetry information without extra purchase. Consisted of XBUS and temperature ports can be used to add extra telemetry sensing units readily available separately. It also includes an SRXL2 port for an SRXL2 Remote Receiver (SPM9747 or SPM4751T), readily available separately, to add extra RF course redundancy. An SRXL2/Bind/Program/Batt servo header is readily available to link smart devices, program and update the receiver, bind with a conventional bind plug, or link a battery. The AR8360T also includes a bind button for easy binding without any plugs needed and offers both SmartSafe™ technology and Hold Last as well as preset failsafe types set through forward programming.

SAFE® (Sensing unit Assisted Flight Envelope) technology flight modes assist pilots avoid over-controlling their models. SAFE usages AS3X to provide normal flight performance, but with restricted bank and pitch angles to avoid the aircraft from getting in extreme mindsets.
In some cases called a bailout mode, Panic is a SAFE Stabilization mode that can return an airplane to level flight from any mindset. It is usually designated to a short-lived button.
