Product Overview
Like its predecessor, the AR637T includes built in AS3X Technology, and now pilots can set up and program SAFE Technology to their aircraft. AS3X Technology (3-axis stabilization) works behind the scenes to smooth out the results of turbulence so you delight in a sense of stability and precision that makes it feel like you're flying a much larger, skillfully tuned aircraft. SAFE Technology provides an extra level of security so that RC flying is much easier than ever in the past. When triggered, bank and pitch constraints keep you from over-controlling and automated self-leveling makes recovery from risky or confusing attitudes as easy as releasing the sticks. Programming and established of AS3X and SAFE is done straight from your Spektrum transmitter* with an easy 3-step forward configuring preliminary setup. To use SAFE and AS3X innovation with the AR637T receiver, the receiver needs to be established with a compatible Spektrum transmitter. With forward configuring there is no requirement for apps or cables to program or make modifications while at the flying field.
The AR637T includes full range telemetry with an integrated barometer to offer altitude and vario telemetry information without additional sensors. Extra telemetry devices such as voltage sensors can be linked to the volt port and XBus telemetry sensors can be linked through the XBus port. It also includes an SRXL2 port for an SRXL2 Remote Receiver to include additional RF course redundancy (offered separately). An SRXL2 port is offered to link compatible devices, program and update the receiver, and bind with a conventional bind plug or link a battery. The AR637T works and ready-to-use with the Spektrum Smart ESC for even much easier one-wire telemetry information. Spektrum Smart ESCs combine plug-n-play simpleness with the ability to interact with other Smart electronics – together, developing the best-performing RC system for your design possible. The AR637T receiver throttle port includes Smart Throttle. When geared up with Smart Throttle the standard servo port provides the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send telemetry information back to the receiver. The throttle port will instantly identify when a Smart throttle compatible ESC is plugged in and the throttle port will start to operate in Smart Throttle mode.
No more bind plugs! Instead, a large bind button is utilized to enter the bind mode. All combined the Spektrum AR637T offers you more in a 6-channel receiver than ever in the past, so that you can fly with the highest sense of confidence possible and have more fun.
