The Spektrum AR631 AS3X Telemetry Receiver is a DSM2 and DSMX capable receiver. Its compact footprint is created to suit a large range of airplane designs consisting of park flyers and bigger sport designs. Overview
The AR631 includes fly-by range telemetry and a bind button that makes it simple to bind with no plugs required and offers both SmartSafe innovation and Hold Last in addition to predetermined failsafe types set through forward programs. A long 230mm 2.4gHz antenna, best for getting optimal reception when set up into tight areas. The AR631 likewise includes Smart Telemetry support.
With Smart Technology the regular servo adapter provides the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry information like voltage and present back to the receiver. The AR631 receiver throttle port (Channel 1 port only) will instantly spot when a Smart suitable ESC is connected. ESCs with Smart and IC series adapters can likewise pass along battery information from suitable Spektrum Smart batteries. Long 230mm 2.4GHz Antenna
The AR631 includes an extra-long 230mm 2.4ghz antenna (approximately 9 inches), particularly engineered for use in tight setups. When installing your receiver into an airplane where there is less then ideal space far from batteries and other gadgets, a long antenna is essential. This allows users to set up the receiver in tight areas and separate the antenna for optimal reception and link quality. When placing your antenna, it is best to have it a minimum of 75mm ( approximately 3 inches) far from batteries, electronic speed controls (ESC), ignition systems, and other electronic gadgets. Use the incorporated flight log telemetry to perform a through range test to much better assess your setup.
 



Forward Programming
You can set up the AR631 receiver wirelessly, straight from any suitable Spektrum™ transmitter, through the Forward Programming menu. No separate computer or mobile device is needed for setup and modifications.
 





 



Smart Telemetry
