Introduction
The Spektrum AR631 AS3X Telemetry Receiver is a DSM2 and DSMX capable receiver. Its compact footprint is created to suit a vast array of aircraft models including park leaflets and larger sport models. The AR631 is a full variety 6-channel receiver with built in AS3X and SAFE stabilization, which counters the impacts of wind, turbulence and torque using 3-axis MEMS gyro and exclusive flight control software application tuned by expert RC pilots. Overview
The AR631 features fly-by variety telemetry and a bind button that makes it easy to bind without any plugs essential and uses both SmartSafe technology and Hold Last as well as pre-programmed failsafe types set through forward programming. A long 230mm 2.4gHz antenna, best for getting optimal reception when set up into tight spaces. The AR631 likewise features Smart Telemetry support.
With Smart Technology the regular servo port provides the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry information like voltage and present back to the receiver. The AR631 receiver throttle port (Channel 1 port only) will automatically find when a Smart suitable ESC is linked. Long 230mm 2.4GHz Antenna
The AR631 features an extra-long 230mm 2.4ghz antenna (around 9 inches), particularly engineered for use in tight setups. When installing your receiver into an airplane where there is less then perfect area far from batteries and other gadgets, a long antenna is key. This permits users to install the receiver in tight spaces and separate the antenna for optimal reception and link quality.
