Introduction
The Spektrum AR630 AS3X Telemetry Receiver is a DSM2 and DSMX capable receiver. Its compact footprint is developed to fit in a large range of aircraft models consisting of park flyers and bigger sport models. The AR630 is a full range 6-channel receiver with built in AS3X and SAFE stabilization, which counters the impacts of wind, turbulence and torque using 3-axis MEMS gyro and unique flight control software tuned by specialist RC pilots. There is no hold-up in control action or limits on control throws. You'll merely seem like you're flying a skillfully tuned model that does precisely what you want.

Overview
The AR630 features fly-by range telemetry and a bind button that makes it simple to bind with no plugs necessary and offers both SmartSafe innovation and Hold Last as well as predetermined failsafe types set through forward shows. The AR630 also features Smart Telemetry support.
With Smart Innovation the typical servo port provides the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry information like voltage and existing back to the receiver. The AR630 receiver throttle port (Channel 1 port only) will automatically detect when a Smart compatible ESC is linked. ESCs with Smart and IC series ports can also pass along battery information from compatible Spektrum Smart batteries. Spektrum Bird™ ESCs are compatible with the AR630 receiver for Smart Innovation features.
For Smart to operate you must have a Smart ESC paired with a Smart telemetry receiver, and a Spektrum DSMX transmitter with telemetry. An update for your transmitter might be required for Smart functions. See www.spektrumrc. com to register and upgrade your transmitter. If a standard ESC or servo is plugged into the throttle port on the AR630 receiver, the throttle port will operate usually (PWM signal) like any conventional RC system.

You can configure the AR630 receiver wirelessly, straight from any compatible Spektrum™ transmitter, through the Forward Programming menu. No different computer system or mobile device is needed for setup and modifications.
 





 



SMART TELEMETRY
To take pleasure in the complete benefits of Smart™ innovation, use the AR630 receiver with a Smart ESC and telemetry capable Spektrum DSMX® transmitter. The AR630 features fly-by telemetry and will offer crucial telemetry information such as existing, voltage, temperature level and RPM is sent straight to your transmitter.
