Introduction
The Spektrum AR630 AS3X Telemetry Receiver is a DSM2 and DSMX capable receiver. Its compact footprint is created to suit a vast array of aircraft designs including park leaflets and bigger sport designs. The AR630 is a full range 6-channel receiver with built in AS3X and SAFE stabilization, which counters the results of wind, turbulence and torque utilizing 3-axis MEMS gyro and special flight control software application tuned by professional RC pilots. There is no delay in control reaction or limitations on control throws. You'll just feel like you're flying a skillfully tuned model that does exactly what you want.

Overview
The AR630 features fly-by range telemetry and a bind button that makes it easy to bind without any plugs needed and uses both SmartSafe innovation and Hold Last along with pre-programmed failsafe types set through forward programming. The AR630 likewise features Smart Telemetry support.
With Smart Technology the typical servo connector provides the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry data like voltage and current back to the receiver. The AR630 receiver throttle port (Channel 1 port just) will automatically spot when a Smart compatible ESC is linked. ESCs with Smart and IC series adapters can likewise pass along battery data from compatible Spektrum Smart batteries. Spektrum Avian™ ESCs are compatible with the AR630 receiver for Smart Technology features.
For Smart to work you need to have a Smart ESC paired with a Smart telemetry receiver, and a Spektrum DSMX transmitter with telemetry. An update for your transmitter may be needed for Smart functions. See www.spektrumrc. com to sign up and upgrade your transmitter. If a basic ESC or servo is plugged into the throttle port on the AR630 receiver, the throttle port will operate typically (PWM signal) like any conventional RC system.

SAFE® (Sensing unit Assisted Flight Envelope) innovation flight modes help pilots avoid over-controlling their designs. SAFE usages AS3X to deliver typical flight performance, but with restricted bank and pitch angles to avoid the aircraft from getting in severe attitudes.
 





Antenna-less
The AR630 features an internal antenna style that uses superior full-range performance. In addition, installation is much easier than ever, plus there's no longer a danger of failure due to long-term wire direct exposure or abuse.
 

Forward Setting
You can set up the AR630 receiver wirelessly, directly from any compatible Spektrum™ transmitter, through the Forward Shows menu. No separate computer or mobile phone is needed for setup and changes.
 





 



SMART TELEMETRY
To enjoy the full benefits of Smart™ innovation, use the AR630 receiver with a Smart ESC and telemetry capable Spektrum DSMX® transmitter. The AR630 features fly-by telemetry and will supply crucial telemetry data such as current, voltage, temperature level and RPM is sent out directly to your transmitter.
