The Spektrum AR630 AS3X Telemetry Receiver is a DSM2 and DSMX capable receiver. Its compact footprint is designed to fit in a vast array of aircraft designs including park flyers and bigger sport designs. The AR630 is a full variety 6-channel receiver with built in AS3X and SAFE stabilization, which counters the results of wind, turbulence and torque utilizing 3-axis MEMS gyro and special flight control software application tuned by professional RC pilots. Overview
The AR630 features fly-by variety telemetry and a bind button that makes it easy to bind without any plugs required and provides both SmartSafe innovation and Hold Last as well as pre-programmed failsafe types set through forward programming. The AR630 likewise features Smart Telemetry support.
With Smart Technology the regular servo adapter delivers the throttle signal to the ESC, plus the ESC can send out telemetry information like voltage and present back to the receiver. The AR630 receiver throttle port (Channel 1 port only) will immediately spot when a Smart compatible ESC is linked. ESCs with Smart and IC series connectors can likewise pass along battery information from compatible Spektrum Smart batteries. Spektrum Bird™ ESCs are compatible with the AR630 receiver for Smart Technology features.
For Smart to work you should have a Smart ESC paired with a Smart telemetry receiver, and a Spektrum DSMX transmitter with telemetry. To enjoy the complete advantages of Smart™ innovation, utilize the AR630 receiver with a Smart ESC and telemetry capable Spektrum DSMX® transmitter.
