The Eclipse 1M is the ideal method to experience the enjoyment of cruising on a gentle Summertime's breeze, or the excitement of racing your own America's Cup racing luxury yacht. The big one meter (39") hull is precision blow-molded from high-strength ABS and functions resilient, reinforced rip-stop nylon sails that show up pre-printed with brilliant, attractive graphics. Easy to put together, the Eclipse 1M shows up with most of the difficult and time consuming rigging already finished, making last assembly fast and hassle-free. A sealed, waterproof deck hatch secures internal electronic components such as the "drum-style" cruise winch servo which delivers additional power and smoother, more scale-like performance than regular servos.Perhaps the most impressive feature of this sailboat is the size - measuring over 7' (213cm) high from the bottom of the ballast bulb to the idea of the mast. The Eclipse 1M is an RTR boat, and shows up with everything required to begin cruising except for the AA batteries. In addition to the pre-trimmed and embellished hull, inside you'll discover a 2.4GHz radio system, rip-stop nylon sails and all the rigging parts necessary to easily build the mast. It also consists of a light-weight boat represent screen and upkeep. Most importantly, the Eclipse is quickly and easily taken apart for storage and transportation.
