This is the Gator Customized Body Skin from PineCar®.

FEATURES:
Customized Body Skins include the appearance of a customized paint task to your
    racer! Utilize the entire skin design for complete body cover, or
    customized cut & develop your very own distinct style.
Goes on easily with a damp sponge. The customized design releases from
    the transfer paper onto your racer body.
Make windscreens and windows with the black skin product included.
If preferred, you may apply a water-based gloss surface (consisted of in
    the Total Paint Systems PINY3955-PINY3959).
