This is the Gator Custom-made Body Skin from PineCar®.

FUNCTIONS:
Custom-made Body Skins add the appearance of a personalized paint task to your
    racer! Use the whole skin style for complete body cover, or
    custom-made cut & create your own unique style.
Goes on quickly with a damp sponge. The custom-made style releases from
    the transfer paper onto your racer body.
Make windshields and windows with the black skin material included.
If wanted, you may use a water-based gloss finish (consisted of in
    the Complete Paint Systems PINY3955-PINY3959).
