This is the Gator Customized Body Skin from PineCar®.

FEATURES:
Customized Body Skins include the appearance of a tailored paint job to your
    racer! Utilize the entire skin design for complete body cover, or
    custom cut & create your own unique style.
Goes on quickly with a wet sponge. The custom design releases from
    the transfer paper onto your racer body.
Make windscreens and windows with the black skin material included.
If preferred, you might use a water-based gloss finish (consisted of in
    the Total Paint Systems PINY3955-PINY3959).
