This is the Fire Starter Customized Body Skin from PineCar®.

FUNCTIONS:
Customized Body Skins add the look of a personalized paint job to your
    racer! Use the whole skin design for complete body cover, or
    custom-made cut & produce your very own unique style.
Goes on easily with a wet sponge. The custom-made design releases from
    the transfer paper onto your racer body.
Make windscreens and windows with the black skin product included.
If preferred, you may apply a water-based gloss finish (included in
    the Total Paint Systems PINY3955-PINY3959).
