This is the Fire Beginner Custom Body Skin from PineCar®.

FUNCTIONS:
Custom Body Skins include the look of a personalized paint task to your
    racer! Use the entire skin style for full body cover, or
    custom-made cut & develop your very own special style.
Goes on easily with a wet sponge. The custom-made style releases from
    the transfer paper onto your racer body.
Make windshields and windows with the black skin product included.
If desired, you might use a water-based gloss surface (consisted of in
    the Total Paint Systems PINY3955-PINY3959).
