This is the O.S. 9mm Carbohydrate Reducer (blue) for usage
with the 21C carburetor.

FEATURES:
Installs into the carburetor venturi to decrease the quantity of air flow
    which assists in increasing the quantity of torque produced

One Red 9mm carbohydrate reducer (restrictor)
Two O-rings

NEEDS:
.21 VZ series engine
