This is the optional 6.5mm Carbohydrate Reducer
for the O.S. 21VZ-B V-Spec II World Edition Engine

FUNCTIONS:
O.S. Speed racing efficiency parts, red aluminum building
Installs into carburetor venturi to reduce the quantity of air flow
    which helps in increasing the quantity of torque produced

INCLUDES:
One 6.5mm carbohydrate reducer and two rubber O-rings

NEEDS:
Setting up consisted of O-rings on reducer then moving into carbohydrate
