Carburetor Settings, KEEP IN MIND carburetor is preset at factory and
needs extremely little adjustments
    Needle Valve: Slowly reduce factory needle valve setting in 15°
increments following guidelines in manual
    Metering Needle: After setting at maximum position run car in
directly line and turn metering needle clockwise 15-30° to lean
mix, or 15-30° counter clockwise to richen mix
    Throttle Stop Screw: Turn counterclockwise if engine runs too quick
with throttle closed
