Losi And The JRX2
Gil Losi Jr. and his father "Pops" started Group Losi selling homemade aftermarket radio control parts and devices at their regional skatepark sandwich shop, turning it into a small pastime store. Over the next ten years they bought the famous "Ranch Pit Store" and committed over 3 years to develop their very first race-dedicated RC car: the now-iconic JRX2. The original JRX2, with its graphite chassis and 5-link suspension, pushed the borders of what a competitive RC racer should be and is understood today as one of the most innovative automobiles of all time.
