Losi And The JRX2
Gil Losi Jr. and his daddy "Pops" started Group Losi selling homemade aftermarket radio control parts and accessories at their local skatepark sandwich shop, turning it into a small pastime store. Over the next 10 years they bought the well-known "Ranch Pit Shop" and dedicated over three years to develop their very first race-dedicated RC lorry: the now-iconic JRX2. The original JRX2, with its graphite chassis and 5-link suspension, pushed the limits of what a competitive RC racer need to be and is known today as one of the most innovative cars and trucks of all time.





Celebrating The Heritage
Admiring the innovations that have shaped the RC community is one way enthusiasts all over can commemorate radio control. The new Mini-JRX2 combines fond memories with a touch of present day. This ultra-scaled down version of the JRX2 is created as a homage to the memory of the original JRX2. With the all-in-one box packaging, original trim schemes, and old-school handling, motorists can experience what it was like all those years back and either make new memories or revive the old ones.

For years, racing enthusiasts required a re-release of the JRX2 buggy, the original lorry that made Losi an around the world force to be considered, and now they get their wish in a 1/16th scale package. The Losi Mini JRX2 Buggy honors its roots by developing a small buggy with a traditional appearance and 21st-century performance. With a 5-link rear suspension providing optimum grip in loose conditions, aluminum shocks, and era-specific ribbed front tires, and 4 row action pin rear tires, you get more from a Mini than ever previously. It features a rear motor setup like the original and three different trim schemes that simulate the original box art schemes of the period, all in an overall ready-to-run package. Whatever about this buggy is created to deliver a jaw-dropping experience.
