Kyosho 1/12 Scale Lamborghini Countach Lp500r, Black

The very first generation Lamborghini Countach Speciale (special model) was the embodiment of the Supercar genre. Amongst other Supercars, the red Walter Wolf No.1 Countach was imported into Japan in 1977 by Beachfront Motor, the very same time it appeared at Supercar shows and took the world by storm, proving particularly popular with young people. Referred to as the 'Black Countach' at the time, the outside featured a white wave line running front to rear down the black body. With the V-shaped style adopted from the LP400 onwards, the LP500R was equipped with front spoiler, rear flared fenders, flat rear wing with end plates, and 15-inch BBS fit together wheels/Pirelli P7 tires (at the time of import). The main point was the LP500R was different to the base LP400, and the interior was collaborated in white. Although named '500', the engine was in fact the very same 4 V12 DOHC as the LP400. From chassis number 1120144 on, background regarding when, where and why the 1975 model was produced stays the subject of speculation. Referred to as the Countach GT and SS, fans still talk about the mystery around this signature Supercar.
