Carburetor Settings;
    High Speed Needle: 1/4-3/4 turn clockwise from flush (never ever turn
past a maximum of 3/4 turn clockwise from flush)
    Idle Modification Screw: Turn counterclockwise to decrease idle speed
or clockwise to increase, idle speed should not engage clutch,
set throttle trim on radio to neutral before setting idle.
    Low Speed Needle: Set flush with carbohydrate body, let engine idle for 30
seconds, then accelerate to 3/4 throttle. If there is a great deal of
white smoke and slow acceleration the mix is too abundant. If car
accelerates rapidly and sputters, the mix is too lean. Turn
needle in 1/8 turn increments to change. Do not turn previous 2 turns
from flush.
