with a Universal Futaba J, Hitec S, JR and Airtronics Z connector.

REMARKS:
A retract servo is a really specialized servo. It is non-proportional,
    going 180 degrees, "lock to lock". They are particularly made for
    mechanical retracts to lock the equipment in the up and down positions.
    they DO NOT have any means of end point modification and can not be
    changed by ATV on a transmitter. They are just able to go 180
    degrees and provide complete optimum offered torque at the two end
    points. This is their whole purpose and intentional style|style}, but if
    somebody has a unique design scenario where they need besides
    180 degrees offered, then they must use a proportional servo,
    not a retract servo. They are particularly designed to endure
    continuous holding loads in the up and down positions, distinct to the
    use of mechanical withdraws.
    Pneumatic retracts do not need a retract servo. A proportional
    standard or tiny servo is used to move the air valve backward and forward
