This is a Spinner Adapter Set by Great Planes.

FEATURES:
Adapter kit for aluminum spinners.
This steel adapter kit tightens up the backplate & propeller onto the
    engine, then utilizing a single bolt-on design, holds & centers each
    spinner perfectly on its baseplate.
Machined for accuracy.
This spinner adapter kit will fit the following engines:
    -O.S. 1.08 FSR
    -O.S. 1.60 FX

REQUIRES:
12mm Wrench To Tighten up Prop Nut
An Aluminum Spinner w/Center Mounting Hole
10-32 Bolt

Prop Nut Length: 15/16" (24mm)

REMARKS:
Aluminum backplate bushing is not required with this engine.
