FMS has actually produced a brilliant replica of the BAE Hawk for the popular 80mm EDF class. Beautifully completed in red and white trim, the overview of the BAE Systems marvel is apparent with detail that includes a well-appointed cockpit, a variety of consumption scoops, antenna, intense LED lighting, scale sub-fins and a removable ferryboat tank.
The impressive undercarriage consists of trusted electric retracts with resilient metal CNC-construction, shock-absorbing actuation with scissor linkages—all neatly concealed with automated equipment door enclosures. The flight controls are full-featured consisting of practical flaps that assist you make launches shorter and landings as slow as possible. The FMS 80mm BAE Hawk includes a stiff one-piece wing that quickly bolts to the fuselage, as do the horizontal stabilizers—no glue is required which makes basic assembly super-fast. Lightweight EPO foam construction indicates you can count on a top-level of resilience, detailed surface detail and a light wing packing that translates naturally into amazing flight efficiency. The water-based paint reduces blistering from sun and supplies a vibrant look. The power system uses an effective 80mm 12-blade EDF system driven by a 3270-size, 1930Kv brushless motor and 100A ESC mix for remarkable velocity and speed when combined with your high-C, 6S LiPo battery.
