We scaled up the extremely popular Viper 70mm EDF to develop the first 90mm EDF powered and largest jet from E-flite® yet! This bigger version provides the exact same excellent speed, vertical efficiency and aerobatic capabilities, plus it's still simple to remove, fly and land. It's the perfect massive EDF option for low-time and experienced jet pilots alike!

A Unique Massive Jet Experience
The E-flite® Viper 90mm EDF is the Most intelligent, best handling, and most convenient to fly massive design of the popular jet yet! It's a scale jet that flies smoothly and handles like a sport airplane — yet is also efficient in extraordinary aerobatics and leading speeds! However what genuinely sets it apart is how simple it is to remove, fly, and land, that makes it the BEST option for a very first massive jet design. Assembly is quick and easy, with no glue needed. The light-weight, composite-reinforced EPO airframe is factory-finished in the now renowned Aircraft Studio Style trim plan from the popular 70mm design. And the eight factory-installed digital, metal-geared servos with ball-link equipped linkages, plus control surfaces with pinned hinges, deliver crisp and exact control at every speed. Functional functions consist of flaps, LED landing and navigation lights, and electric retracts with shock-absorbing, trailing-link struts on the nose and main gear so you can fly from lawn and other surfaces with ease.

The BNF® Basic version consists of a 12-blade 90mm fan, effective 6S-compatible brushless inrunner motor, and a 130-amp Avian™ Smart ESC that all work together with the skillfully enhanced ducting to deliver an abundance of speed and thrust plus a turbine-like noise. With this power system, the Viper 90mm can level flight tops speeds approximately 120+ MPH and provides excellent vertical efficiency with SIX 4000mAh to 7000mAh batteries. It's also geared up with a factory-installed Spektrum™ AR637TA receiver featuring special AS3X® and optional-use SAFE® Select technologies. When using suitable transmitters, the receiver and Smart ESC supply battery voltage, present, motor RPM and other telemetry data in real-time — along with optional-use motor reversing to reduce rollouts after landing and for other unique ground dealing with capabilities. An ARF Plus version is also offered for pilots who choose to install their own option of ducted fan system, motor and ESC. In either case, for low-time to experienced jet pilots this design provides a massive EDF experience unlike any other!





 






ARF Plus Completion Level
The Almost-Ready-To-Fly (ARF) Plus version comes out of package with factory-installed servos, retracts and lights that are all set to link to the suitable receiver of your option (offered separately), plus the transmitter and battery you supply (also offered separately). You can also set up the power system of your option, either from another comparable class design, or using other suitable elements (all offered separately).

You can quickly set up a directly suitable 90mm fan system, motor and ESC without the need for any adjustments, or you can potentially set up other suitable SIX to 12S suitable power systems too.
