The unique wing style integrates the STOL capabilities of the Turbo Wood with oversized control surface areas and a three compatible power system to deliver an even wider flight envelope. The UMX Wood X also comes geared up with LED landing, navigation, and strobe lights, and supplies real-time battery voltage and other telemetry information to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ geared up transmitters. Since of its ultra-micro size, the UMX Wood X can be flown outdoors in lots of lawns, parks, and sports fields, or perhaps indoors in gyms and other suitable spaces. Install the optional UMX drifts (EFLUA1190, offered separately) and you can also fly from pools, ponds, and lakes. It's an excellent option for a large range of intermediate to skilled pilots, and provides a "mild to wild" flying experience that no other design can touch!
