The E-flite® Lumber® X 1.2m releases a new era of STOL plus 3D aerobatic ability. Based on the incredibly popular Lumber 1.5m model however featuring a new wing design, large control surfaces plus a 3S and 4S suitable power system, it uses an even broader flight envelope to provide a genuinely "moderate to wild" experience. Hollow-core EPO construction with composite support results in a lightweight yet strong airframe that's capable of handling extreme aerobatic maneuvers while keeping the wing filling low for outstanding Short Takeoff and Landing (STOL) and sluggish flight efficiency. eXtreme Maneuverability

With SAFE Select made it possible for, you get:

Pitch and Bank Angle Limits
These envelope restricts keep the airplane from rolling or pitching upside down. They also prevent excessive climb or dive angles.

Automatic Self-Leveling
The airplane instantly goes back to and holds level flight when the sticks are released and in the center position. It's also useful for keeping the wings level during takeoffs/launches and landings.

Easy Switch Project—No Complex Programs Required
The easy treatment for designating a transmitter switch to turn SAFE Select functions on and off doesn't need any complex programming and takes simply a few seconds.

If you don't want to make it possible for the SAFE Select functions, simply bind the receiver generally and it will operate like a basic AS3X receiver.
