Due to its unique inverted gull wing design, the F4U Corsair is one of the most recognizable and renowned U.S. Navy and Marine fighter airplane of World War II. This updated and updated version of the E-flite® F4U-4 Corsair 1.2m features a factory-installed three and 4S suitable power system with a special 70A Smart Lite ESC to provide more abilities and performance. The BNF® Basic version also includes a telemetry-capable AR631 receiver with both AS3X® and optional-use SAFE® Select innovations that make it easier to fly than ever before. The airframe is now ended up in the renowned "all blue" trim scheme and includes different decal sheets to tailor it with MARINES, NAVY, and other markings. Factory-installed rotating withdraws with strut covers, plus functional flaps, take your scale warbird experience to another level!

This updated and updated version of the E-flite® F4U-4 Corsair 1.2m is the Smartest, most powerful, and most convenient to fly "full-house" model of the renowned warbird yet! It's better equipped for scale-like flying and sport flying, PLUS offers higher speed and aerobatic abilities than before — and includes optional-use SAFE® Select technology that makes it easier to fly (BNF® Basic version only). The factory-installed brushless power system features a 70-amp Spektrum™ Bird™ Smart Lite ESC plus a specially-tuned motor and 4-blade prop. This mix delivers an abundance of thrust with a three LiPo battery, or more speed and nearly unrestricted vertical performance with a four battery. The ESC can supply a range of real-time power system related telemetry data including motor RPM, current, battery voltage and more – with Smart and non-Smart batteries – via suitable receivers (including the AR631) and Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters while you fly. Its light-weight yet durable, composite-reinforced and fully-molded EPO airframe has an abundance of scale detail including panel lines and a pilot figure. Practical scale features include factory-installed rotating withdraws with strut covers plus functional flaps. Decal sheets with MARINES, NAVY and other markings are offered customizing the factory-applied paint finish. No glue is needed for final assembly — which means you can have the F4U-4 Corsair 1.2m ready to fly in less time than it requires to charge a battery!





 






Plug-N-Play® Completion Level
The Plug-N-Play (PNP) version comes out of package with a factory-installed power system and servos that are ready to connect to the suitable receiver of your option (offered separately), plus the transmitter and battery you supply (also offered separately). Merely install the receiver, complete any final assembly, and fly!

The F4U-4 Corsair 1.2m is equipped with a special Spektrum™ Bird™ Smart Lite ESC that can supply a range of real-time power system related telemetry data including motor RPM, current, battery voltage and more – with Smart and non-Smart batteries – via suitable receivers (including the AR631) and Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX20 and others) while you fly.
