This upgraded and upgraded version of the E-flite® F4U-4 Corsair 1.2m includes a factory-installed 3S and four compatible power system with an exclusive 70A Smart Lite ESC to provide more abilities and efficiency. The BNF® Basic version also consists of a telemetry-capable AR631 receiver with both AS3X® and optional-use SAFE® Select innovations that make it simpler to fly than ever previously. The airframe is now finished in the iconic "all blue" trim plan and consists of separate decal sheets to tailor it with MARINES, NAVY, and other markings. It's better geared up for scale-like flying and sport flying, PLUS uses greater speed and aerobatic abilities than previously — and consists of optional-use SAFE® Select innovation that makes it simpler to fly (BNF® Basic version just). The factory-installed brushless power system includes a 70-amp Spektrum™ Bird™ Smart Lite ESC plus a specially-tuned motor and 4-blade prop. This mix provides an abundance of thrust with a three LiPo battery, or more speed and nearly unlimited vertical efficiency with a 4S battery. The ESC can offer a variety of real-time power system associated telemetry data including motor RPM, existing, battery voltage and more – with Smart and non-Smart batteries – via compatible receivers (including the AR631) and Spektrum AirWare™ geared up transmitters while you fly. Its lightweight yet resilient, composite-reinforced and fully-molded EPO airframe has an abundance of scale information including panel lines and a pilot figure. The BNF® Basic version is geared up with special Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select innovations. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the impacts of wind and turbulence to provide a locked-in feel that makes it look like you're flying a much larger aircraft. Optional-use SAFE Select uses pitch and bank angle limits in addition to automated self-leveling that can be switched on and off at the flip of a switch! And if you don't want to make it possible for the SAFE Select features, merely bind the receiver typically and just AS3X will be active.
