Overview
The E-flite® F-15 Eagle 64mm EDF jet is a replica of the world-renowned air supremacy fighter flown by the U.S. Flying Force. It's equipped with a 4S-compatible brushless motor and a 40-amp ESC that are matched to an 11-blade fan to provide great speed, thrust and a turbine-like noise. The factory-installed power system and servos help make it fast and simple to put together the lightweight yet durable EPO airframe with bolt-on wings so you can be flying in less time than it takes to charge a battery. Optional-use fixed landing equipment with a steerable nose wheel is included so you can taxi, remove and arrive on runways, or you can leave the landing equipment off for improved efficiency plus simple hand launches and landings on turf. You can also fly with or without the wing-mounted drop tanks and rockets depending on the appearance and handling you choose. And all of it amounts to provide one of the simplest to enjoy and simplest to fly Eagle models ever!

Exclusive Technologies
This is the first high-performance F-15 design equipped with exclusive Spektrum® AS3X® and SAFE® Select innovations. AS3X works behind the scenes to smooth out the impacts of wind and turbulence to provide a locked-in feel that makes it appear like you're flying a much larger jet. Optional-use SAFE Select uses pitch and bank angle limitations together with automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off at the flip of a switch making this the simplest to fly Eagle yet! And if you do not want to make it possible for the SAFE Select features, merely bind the receiver normally and just AS3X will be active.
 



High-Power EDF
The 11-blade 64mm fan, high-RPM brushless motor and 40-amp ESC integrate with your FOUR 2200mAh LiPo battery to provide great vertical efficiency and a fantastic speed variety with essentially rapid throttle reaction. But what makes the experience genuinely satisfying is the great noise produced by the power system- it's nearly like a genuine turbine.
 







Gear Options
You can install the included fixed landing equipment with steerable nose wheel to taxi, remove and arrive on smooth surface areas. Or you can leave the landing equipment off for more speed and vertical efficiency plus simple hand launches and landings on turf.

With SAFE Select allowed, you get:

Pitch and Bank Angle Limits
These envelope limits keep the aircraft from rolling or pitching upside down. They also avoid excessive climb or dive angles.

Automatic Self-Leveling
The aircraft instantly goes back to and holds level flight when the sticks are released and in the center position. It's also handy for keeping the wings level during takeoffs/launches and landings.

Easy Change Project- No Shows Required
The basic procedure for assigning a transmitter switch to turn SAFE Select features on and off doesn't require any shows and takes simply a couple of seconds.

If you do not want to make it possible for the SAFE Select features, simply bind the receiver normally and it will function like a standard AS3X receiver.
